EDCRM.AI
For consultancies and firms

A CRM for consultants and professional services firms

Professional firms win work through referrals and slow, careful conversations. EDCRM.AI makes sure every enquiry is qualified, every proposal is followed up and every client relationship has a record that outlasts any one partner's inbox.

Where professional firms lose enquiries

Picture a business set-up consultancy in Dubai. An email arrives asking about a mainland licence, and a partner replies with a few questions. The prospect answers a week later, by which time the partner is travelling and the thread is buried. Nobody else in the firm knows the enquiry exists. Some weeks later the prospect has registered the company through another firm.

Proposals are the other weak point. A firm spends half a day writing one, sends it and waits. There is no reminder to follow up, no view of how many proposals are open or what they are worth. Work that was nearly won drifts away in silence.

How a typical week runs on the platform

Enquiries from your website, WhatsApp, email, phone and Google or Meta ads are recorded as contacts and placed on a pipeline. A short form or the chat assistant asks the qualifying questions you choose: type of service, company size, timeline, budget range. Good fits are offered a consultation slot on the right person's calendar. Poor fits get a polite reply and do not take up a partner's afternoon.

Proposals, invoices and retainers

Estimates and proposals are written and sent from the contact record, and the client can accept them online. Acceptance can create the invoice automatically. Retainers and monthly bookkeeping fees run as recurring invoices, with payment links and reminders for overdue amounts. Partners see the pipeline by stage and value, so the weekly meeting starts from the same numbers for everyone.

  • A proposal left unanswered for a set number of days creates a follow-up task.
  • Paid consultations can be booked and charged in one step.
  • Notes and call logs keep the history of each client in one record.
  • Role-based permissions limit who can see which clients and deals.

Relationships that last for years

In professional work the first engagement is only the start. Trade licences come up for renewal, audits return each year, contracts need reviewing. Record the key dates as custom fields and let workflows create reminders for your team and messages for the client. A quarterly newsletter keeps the firm in mind. After a completed engagement, a review request or a referral invitation goes out at the right moment.

How Euro Digital sets it up with your firm

Euro Digital Technologies is an ISO and ICV certified IT solutions company in Abu Dhabi, operating since 2016. We sit with a partner or practice manager, turn your enquiry and engagement process into pipelines, connect email, WhatsApp and calendars, and build proposal and invoice templates in your branding. Your team is trained in short sessions, and we provide support once you are live.

What to prepare, and what to check first

Accounting, legal and financial advisory firms work under professional and regulatory duties on confidentiality, record keeping and client communication. We do not claim that EDCRM.AI satisfies any of them. Check your own obligations before deciding what client information goes into the platform. A sensible starting point is contact details, engagement status and billing, with case files and working papers left in your practice systems.

  • List your services, typical fees or fee ranges, and who leads each one.
  • Gather your current proposal and engagement letter templates.
  • Export your client list with renewal or review dates.
  • Agree the questions that decide whether an enquiry is a good fit.
Questions

Professional services: common questions

Is EDCRM.AI suitable for confidential client work?

It is built for managing enquiries, relationships, proposals and billing. Role-based permissions restrict who sees which records. We do not make compliance claims for regulated professions, so your firm should check its own obligations and decide what belongs in the CRM. Sensitive case documents are better kept in your practice management system.

Can clients accept proposals online?

Yes. A proposal or estimate is sent as a link, and the client can review and accept it from a phone or laptop. Acceptance is recorded on the contact, can move the deal to the next stage and can raise the first invoice. Your team is notified straight away.

Will it work for a firm of five people?

Yes. A small firm gains from having one shared record of enquiries and proposals, since there is no sales team to chase them. Set-up is scaled to your size: one pipeline, one calendar per adviser and a handful of workflows. You can add more as the practice grows.

Does it replace our accounting software?

No. It raises estimates, invoices, recurring invoices and payment links, which covers client billing and collection. Your ledgers, tax filings and statutory accounts stay in your accounting software. Invoice and payment data can be passed across using the API and webhooks, and Euro Digital can advise on that link.
