A CRM for contractors and home services, from quote to renewal
Home service customers want a price and a time, quickly. EDCRM.AI answers quote requests, schedules jobs, collects payment by link and reminds customers when their annual contract is due for renewal.
Where home service jobs get lost
In June an AC company's phones do not stop. The owner is on site, the coordinator is juggling three technicians, and quote requests arrive by call, WhatsApp and a form on the website. Some get a price the same day. Others are written on paper and found on Friday. By then the customer has had the unit fixed by whoever turned up first.
The quieter loss comes eleven months later. An annual maintenance contract expires and nobody notices. The customer would have renewed if asked. The same goes for the villa that had pest control last spring and the office due for another deep clean. Repeat work is there, but only if someone remembers the date.
How a typical week runs on the platform
Every request lands in one inbox, whatever the channel. Missed calls get an automatic text back. The chat assistant asks for the location, the type of property and the problem, and can request photos on WhatsApp. The enquiry then appears on a pipeline as a quote request, assigned to the coordinator. Estimates are sent from the platform, and the customer can accept them online.
Scheduling jobs and getting paid
Each technician or crew has a calendar, and jobs are booked into free slots, so two teams are not sent to the same street at the same hour. Customers receive a confirmation and a reminder before the visit. When the job is done, the technician raises the invoice from the mobile app and sends a payment link. Payment received can close the job and start the review request.
- Text-to-pay lets customers settle an invoice from a message on their phone.
- Deposits can be taken at booking for larger jobs such as fit-out work.
- Job notes and photos stay on the customer record for the next visit.
- Appointment reports show jobs completed per technician and per service.
Annual contracts, renewals and reviews
Annual maintenance contracts run well as recurring invoices, with the visit schedule held in the calendar. Store the contract end date on the contact, and a workflow reminds the customer before expiry and creates a task for your team to call. WhatsApp reminders use approved templates and need opt-in. After each job, a review request goes out while the customer is still pleased with the work.
How Euro Digital sets it up and trains your team
Euro Digital Technologies has worked from Abu Dhabi since 2016 and is an official Meta WhatsApp Business Partner, with a delivery team in India. We connect your phone number and WhatsApp, build the quote-to-job pipeline, set up calendars for each crew and prepare estimate and invoice templates. Coordinators and technicians are trained on the mobile app, in practical sessions that fit around site work. Support continues after launch.
What a normal day looks like
At 7.30am the coordinator checks the calendar and confirms the day's jobs. Technicians see their schedule on their phones. New requests arrive through the morning, and the assistant gathers details while the coordinator prices them. In the afternoon, completed jobs are invoiced on site. Before closing, the dashboard shows quotes sent, jobs done, payments received and any renewals due next month.
Home services: common questions
Can technicians use it on site?
Yes. The mobile app for iOS and Android shows each technician their calendar, the customer's details and the conversation history. They can call or message the customer, add notes and send an invoice with a payment link when the work is finished. Permissions can limit them to their own jobs if you prefer.
Can customers send photos of the problem?
Yes. Photos sent on WhatsApp or other connected channels appear in the conversation thread and stay with the contact. Your coordinator can price simple jobs without a site visit, and the technician sees the same images before arriving. For larger work, the photos help you decide whether a survey is needed.
How are contract renewals tracked?
The contract end date is stored as a field on the customer record. A workflow counts back from that date and sends reminders, creates call tasks and offers a renewal payment link. A smart list shows every contract expiring in the next 30 or 60 days, so your team always has a current renewal list.
Can it handle large fit-out projects as well as small jobs?
Yes, with a separate pipeline. Fit-out enquiries usually need a site survey, a detailed proposal and staged payments, so the stages and documents differ from a same-day repair. You can run both pipelines in one account, with different owners, estimate templates and follow-up rules for each.
