CRM and sales pipeline software for UAE and GCC teams
Keep every contact, deal and follow-up task in one place. Your team sees who each customer is, what was said last and what needs to happen next.
One record for every customer
Every enquiry that reaches your business becomes a contact in EDCRM.AI. The record holds the person's details, the messages you have exchanged, notes from calls, tasks, appointments and any deals in progress. Your team opens one screen and sees the full history, whoever spoke to the customer last.
You can add custom fields for the things your business cares about, such as preferred branch, property budget or course of interest. Tags mark where a lead came from or what they asked about. Lead scoring adds points when a contact opens an email, replies or books, so your team can see who is warm.
Smart lists that keep themselves up to date
A smart list is a saved filter. You set the conditions once, and the list updates on its own as contacts change. It replaces the spreadsheet export that someone has to rebuild every Monday. Lists can be shared with the whole team or kept for one user.
- Show every lead from the last 30 days that has no owner assigned.
- List customers in Sharjah who bought once and have not returned in six months.
- Find contacts tagged from an exhibition who have not yet had a call.
- Pull everyone above a lead score you choose, so the sales team rings them first.
Pipelines that match how you sell
A pipeline is a board with a column for each stage of your sales process. Each deal is a card carrying a value, an owner and a link to the contact. Your team drags the card to the next stage as the deal moves. You can run several pipelines side by side, for example one for new sales and one for renewals.
Because each card carries a value, the board shows how much business sits in each stage. A stage change can also start an automation, such as sending a quotation follow-up or creating a task for the account manager. You decide which stages do this.
Tasks and notes so nothing depends on memory
Tasks sit on the contact record with a due date and an assigned user. A salesperson can create one by hand after a call, or a workflow can create it when a lead reaches a stage. Notes record what was said, so a colleague covering during leave can pick up the conversation without asking the customer to repeat themselves.
What a normal day looks like
Most teams settle into a simple routine once the system is in daily use. It takes a few minutes in the morning and a few at the end of the day, and it can be done from the mobile app when people are out on visits.
- Open your task list and clear anything due today.
- Check the smart list of new leads and make first contact.
- Move each deal card to the stage it has actually reached.
- Add a short note after every call or meeting.
- Before leaving, set a follow-up task on every open deal.
How Euro Digital sets it up
We start with a short workshop to map your sales stages and the information you need on each contact. Our team then builds the pipelines, custom fields, tags and smart lists, imports your existing contacts from spreadsheets or your old system, and sets user permissions by role. We train your team on their own data and stay available for support after go-live.
CRM and pipeline: common questions
Can we import our existing contacts?
Yes. Contacts can be imported from a spreadsheet, with your columns matched to fields in the CRM, including custom fields and tags. Euro Digital normally handles the first import for you, cleans obvious duplicates and checks a sample with your team before the full list goes in.
How many pipelines can we have?
You can run multiple pipelines in one account, each with its own stages. A business might keep one per product line, branch or type of sale, such as new business and renewals. We usually advise starting with one or two and adding more once the team is using them daily.
Can managers limit what each user sees?
Yes. Role-based permissions control what each user can view and change. For example, a salesperson can be limited to their own assigned contacts and deals, while a manager sees everything. Euro Digital sets these roles with you during set-up and can adjust them as your team changes.
Does the CRM work on a phone?
Yes. The mobile app for iOS and Android gives your team contacts, conversations, the pipeline, the calendar and calls. A salesperson can update a deal stage or add a note straight after a site visit, so the record is current before they are back at the office.
